Order

  • How far in advance should I order?

    The order time depends on the chosen e-commerce service. Generally speaking, orders can be placed several days in advance.

    Click & Delivery :

    Order placed BEFORE 1:45 PM, will be delivered the next day.
    Order placed AFTER 1:45 PM, it will be delivered withing 48h.

    Catering services:

    All orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the pick-up or delivery date.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    No

  • Can I order by phone?

    It is possible to place an order by telephone with your bakery for a collection of goods. However, the website is to be preferred for Click & Delivery and catering services.

  • I have just placed an order, can I cancel or change it?

    Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. It is however possible to cancel an order 48 hours before the date of delivery by contacting our customer service via the form available online.

  • How much does delivery to my company cost?

    The cost of delivery is €17.55, delivery is free for all orders over €50

  • Where and when can I collect my order?

    The order is to be collected from the bakery selected when ordering.

    The collection period depends on the chosen e-commerce service.

  • What should I do if I was unable to collect my order on the day?

    If an order is not picked up on the day, it is destroyed when the shop closes for food safety reasons. It is necessary to redo an order through the e-commerce site. No refund can be made.
