Delivery

We deliver from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM. We can also offer you pickup at one of our shops, from Monday to Saturday depending on their opening hours.
When placing your order, you will be able to choose your delivery time slot. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours before the desired delivery time, as some of our products require longer preparation times.

Delivery is free for any order of €50 or more within our delivery zones. For orders under €50, a flat fee of €20 will be charged regardless of your order amount or delivery location (within our delivery zones).
When placing your order, our website will automatically indicate if delivery is possible in your area based on the postal code provided.

Order & Payment

Only credit card payments are accepted: Diners, e-Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Visa, Discover.
All transactions are secure to protect your banking information so you can order on our site with confidence.

It is not possible to modify your order once payment has been made. For any additions to your order, you can place a new order using the same delivery information.
Also, it is not possible to cancel your order within 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time slot. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at commercial@boulangerie-paul.lu. Please make sure you have your order number handy to facilitate processing your request.
Refunds & Claims

We are committed to providing you with quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can work together to find a satisfactory solution.
No refund can be requested if:
- Products have been opened and/or consumed.
- The order was delivered with a slight delay (less than 60 minutes from the desired time slot). We do our best to meet desired deadlines, but slight delays due to external factors (weather, exceptional traffic, etc.) may occur.
If you receive a defective product, we recommend taking a photo of it and sending it by email to our customer service at commercial@boulangerie-paul.lu. This will help us evaluate the situation to provide you with an appropriate solution.
Products & Allergies

We use quality ingredients in all our products. A comprehensive (non-exhaustive) list of ingredients is available on each product page of this website. The complete list of allergens specific to each product is mentioned there. We strongly encourage you to check this information before placing an order.
Please note that each product is prepared in an environment where allergens are present. The risk of potential cross-contamination remains possible. For these reasons, we will never guarantee 100% that our products are allergen-free.

Yes, we offer a wide range of vegetarian products, as well as a selection of vegan products. You can filter these two options when searching for products to more easily find what matches your dietary needs.
