  • Can I add or remove an ingredient?

    It is possible to customize the sandwiches when ordering.

    You can choose which ingredients you want to remove or leave, but you cannot add any.

  • Can we select gluten-free products

    Each product has a description with an allergen category, which allows you to target those who do not have gluten.

    In addition, a filter (left) is available to exclude all products including gluten but also other allergens (milk, egg, soy, sesame, etc.).

  • What if my cart disappears?

    Your cart will empty after 15 minutes of inactivity on our website.
    This is normal because we work on the basis of a well-defined stock of fresh produce. After this time, we ask you to place your order again.

  • Can I choose my date and time of delivery

    An order must be placed before 10:00 to be ready or delivered after 12:00, and between 10:00 and 11:00 to be ready or delivered after 13:00.

    You cannot choose your date or exact delivery time but you can choose according to your preference if you wish to receive your order around 12:00 or 13:00.

Payment

  • What methods of payment can I use?

    An order to be collected in store must be paid via credit card.

    If it is a delivery, payment can be made by credit card but also in cash or meal voucher.

    In the case of a payment in cash or meal voucher, we invite you to leave the exact amount of your order in a box available at the reception of your company.

    In this box, place your envelope including the payment of your order (cash or meal voucher) without forgetting to mention your first name, last name and the number of your order.

  • Where are my bank details stored if I save my card?

    The banking information is stored by our banking provider. They are not stored on our website.
